America is one of the best country Which gives the main priority and importance of education.They give more and more salary in Harward University and all the education provider teacher.They can not ignore the position of education provider and also motivate to become scientist and invent new technology.They give award name fame and paisa and all facility to school, college and university.So that's why they are developed.

But in my country no one motivate education provider.No one give award, priority and importance of professor so they don't do their job with responsibility.They don't get good money this is also the reason of education failure.
