During actual crisis it is necessary to politician transforming to statesmen when they are elected. We must need smart social worker not only politician. True leader don't use shortcut and work for development of society for a long time. Today most leaders apply shortcut rules for development and also they are irresponsible.Leader should start smart strategy for the society. They should work in protecting way and well future for the public.They should provide equal and valuable importance of all all stage of people.Right now our country has been passing through panademic condition by covid-19 . We have to appreciate the step of our Prime Minister Mr Narendra Modi.There is no any doubt he is a smart leader. I have also seen lakhs of migrant worker affected by this covid-19.

Smart social worker become good leader

They are passing through starvation. My question why workers are migrated in India. The only reason there is no source of income for all people in each state. India has been free for more than 60 years till today we are passing through economic crisis.Reasons are most of elected leaders didn't the work for the development of society. In India right now there is no any smart city because most of the leaders had worked only for own  family not for public.In each state if there are more  than thousands industries available then this current situation doesn't  occur.I am so surprised when all politicians are doing politics in this panademic situation.

Government should establish thousands of industries in Bihar and Jharkhand

Most of the people of Bihar and Jharkhand are helpless because of no any industries  so are available.They have to migrate to other state for Roti, kapda and makan. The migrant worker mostly live in Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, Bangalore,Kolkata , Noida and Gurgaon because in these town sources of income are available for all people. There are lots of industries available in this state. But my question is how much time required to establish thousands of industries in Bihar and Jharkhand.  Most of previous leaders are belongs to Bihar and Jharkhand. But it is true only Bihar and Jharkhand have not developed till today .On account of lockdown most Bihar and Jharkhand people are affected and they had to return their home on foot from Delhi,Goa, Mumbai etc. Central government ,Bihar government, Jharkhand government must established more and more industries.

Government should increase source of income for all people

 Government should start and planning the job opportunity for all people in Bihar and Jharkhand. This is the main time to establish all type of industries in Bihar and Jharkhand. I have seen in most of town the industry workers are Bihar and Jharkhand. They are backbone of all industries.I think all Bihar and Jharkhand peoples are talented. They work in other town and earn money and maintain their family and pay room rent also which are source of income of room owner .All Bihari  and Jharkhandi people have three talent first one they earn money and maintain their own life. Second one they are paying room rent which are income of room owner. Third one they send money to their home town in each month for their family . These are the proof they have three talent.But now this panademic situation there are mostly affected.

Government should be honest for all

 So I humble request to Bihar and Jharkhand government you will have to establish all type of industries. So that all workers will become able to earn money and get the job in their hometown and livve or maintain their family in hometown. These are the basic requirement of  Bihar and Jharkhand. In future any panadamic condition they will fight and get success without any trouble. This is possible only when all leaders will do the work for the development of society and state also.Leader must be honest for all the people and leaders must be polite and down to the earth for all poor people and middle class family. They will never work for particular community. They have good leadership quality and strong representative power for all people.

We should encourage the work of government

We have learnt from this Corona viruses all human beings are not more powerful than nature. God prove that they are almighty and will almighty always. Government must smart worker not a politician only.They provide all the opportunity and basic requirement of development of country.All the people of world are in pitable condition due to coronavirus or covid-19.The nature proved that we all are not greater than God in spite of all science and technology are available.So at first we have to protect our environment.Today all are helpless due to coronavirus.

Government should launch many scheme for the public

 Therefore after winning this panoramic stage we have to grow by protecting our environment. Right now we have to co-operate each other and starts like a new opportunity to work with safe and sound.We  must have take care our environment. We should never forget our culture how much all are developed that doesn't matter. So in this way I want to say we don't need politician. We need smart social worker. We should work for development by protecting our environment. So in nature there is no any calamity is created. We have to spread out our thinking. We should never force only physical needs.We must protect and save our nature and climate.

Our honorable Prime Minister announced yesterday LOCKDOWN 4.O till 31st may. He gave most of the right to chief minister of each state. And advised them to take decision about transport facility, migrant worker ,rickshaw puller, shop opening and ordered to open all source of income for the people.He advised to all chief Minister will take decision by detecting covid-19 area and hotspot zone.And provide all the facilities according to safety and security. Now many of people start earning from today and become able to maintain their family because of 55 days lockdown period.  The source of income of all people have been  stopping. Most of  poor and middle class family have been passing through miserable condition.

 Lockdown 4.O guidelines

Now people get relief economic problem. And market is going on from today according to rule and regulation of state government.In this lockdown most of shops will remain open and we have to maintain  social distancing at the time of marketing or shopping. Now we have to change this crisis into opportunity for all. we have to take care from covid-19.We should also make habbit to live with corona viruses.We should always wear  mask.  We should wash our hand four and five times in a day. This is a huge challenge for government and also all the people. We have to fight not only Corona but also economic crisis.

Lockdown 4.O of India

 Our Prime Minister announcedhuge package 20 lakh crore to reform economic condition of  also India.Today he also announced 40,000 crore for MANREGA. Really it will increase work and income for all labour. And they will able to  become self dependent and able to maintain their family. Prime Minister launched TV channel for education for rural and villager students.Definetly villager students will get the education from their home.The package announced by our honorable Prime Minister will directly reform the economic situation of India. Government should establish thousands of industry in each state to remove these migrant situation.

Lockdown 4.O is a big challenge for India

He said in favour of farmer to encourage agriculture. And will provide  many types of care fund. Because agriculture is the backbone of India. The Prime Minister targets to increase the source of income for all people either poor or middle class. I also listen the speech of prime minister he told and wants to India will become exporter for all other countries.We will provide all the facility for the farmer and their production export to all other countries.He wants to make self dependent for all Indian people.Right now we should encourage and support the step of our Prime Minister. Our Prime Minister always stands with all people in each and every situation. Really he has leadership quality. He proved each and every situation and launched so many scheme for middle class and poor family.Now there is no doubt India is role model to fight against corona viruses in spite of 135 crores people.He handled all the critical situation.

Lockdown 4.O will generate source of income

Corona viruses impacted like hardest hit from any calamity.Most of poor and middle class family affected by this lock down. The critical situation has been passing through for 55 days for poor and beggar. So lockdown 4.O really the requirement of this situation . The source of income of all the poor and middle class family became zero. Therefore tomorrow I hope that the relief of law and order of lockdown 4.O will generate source of income. May God bless all the people from covid-19 .And I pray for all the people to get success against corona viruses. The economic package announced by Prime Minister will improve the economic situation of India. And we should salute and encourage all the Corona warriors who  stand for all. In this miserable condition. They stand  to protect all the people without any fear. So we have to  co-operate all the people fight against Corona virus and follow rule and regulation of lockdown 4.O.I hope that we will win definitely but not immediately.

The economic inequality in India hardest hit in any calamity. Right now India has been suffering from covid-19 for 55 days. Most of the people has affected by unorganised sector because they don't have any security and guarantee of income.In India lockdown imposed on 25th march 2020 till now we have been passing through lockdown 3.O. Self employed, Small time traders, Poultry farmers , rickshaw puller, auto rickshaw driver, delivery boy have been impacting hardest hit.Some of them suffered by starvation.

Economic inequality index

So my question is after freedom from 15 August 1947 to till today government has not been reforming economic inequality. LOCKDOWN has been  affecting on the employment of many sectors.Most poor and beggar became shelterless. Therefore I request to government should make to reform the economic condition of Indian people. Yesterday our honorable Prime minister anounce 20 lakh crores rupees economic package for different sector. This is the best step taken by our government which helps to protect from this crisis. The main point of view for this scheme to make Indian people self dependent.Most of the migrant people belongs to Bihar and Jharkhand and these people have become hardest hit by this crisis. 

Economic inequality and social inequality

Most of people Bihar and Jharkhand go to other state for doing job in various sector.At first in this two state government should establish different industries so that they are able to get the job opportunities in their own state. I have also seen in the news many people said they will promise and feel fear, finally never want to go to Delhi and Mumbai for the source of income. Yesterday government announced the fund for the development of MSME sector. I am so happy by this step taken by our government because this will help to improve the position of small industry to become a big brand and it will also create source of income for the people having different skill. 

Economic inequality definition

They will able to work from home and generate their source of income. we have to remove the poverty by increasing small industries related to all type of people and governments should focus to make India like biggest manufacturing hub. India has most of people to work in different sector and one day will come our country will become all type of exporter for all other countries and identity and definitely India will become developed country. Our Prime Minister always force about self dependent for the other people and really he is able to develop our country. He has good leadership and encourage all the people to do the best job.

Economic inequality affect

 I think there must be thousand of industries in each state which will generate source of income for all the people. No one will become poor and they will get lots of opportunity and they are able to get Roti,Kapda aur Makaan. 70% of Indian people are young and they have different skill. Government should only provide the opportunity for all. There is no any doubt Indian people have lots of skill in different field. There are so many businessman lives in foreign country and make name of India. Right now many Indian persons are SEO off foreign company example----

 I also think each and every person has one skill in which they have good knowledge.So government should only polish this skill for each and every people. I appreciate the contribution of skill development programme launched by Prime minister Narendra Modi. This program is very useful for all the people. Today our country has lots of talented people in each and every sector example--IT sector, Banking, Finance,Insurance etc.Now we have also great PM  totally focuses for development of country and he launches different kind of schemes.

Most of the foreigner famous popularity wants to visit  is onIndia.This is possible only by our honorable Prime minister Narendra Modi. And I hope that he will never stop untill develop our country. Our healthy and wealthy  life we should improve our psychological thinking. We have to ignore all the negative things around us which impact our mind. It's true anybody don't tired but their psycho is tired . I give you simple example suppose if you don't sleep whole night through watching movie or any entertainment you will feel tired.After you will fall in sleep in day and take a deep sleep whole days if you have no any important job to do but , if any emergency is like your family member suddenly become serious then your sleep will  disappeared and go to hospital with your family member. And moving either and thither for his treatment. Therefore I want to say that human beings never tired but their psychology becomes tired. So we should improve our psychological thinking.

Improve psychological health

 At first we have to think positive and do only positive work and don't do that behaviour which impacts our daily life.We  must ignore all the negative thinking. We have to talk only with that person who speaks positively and provide useful knowledge and also increase our daily work. We have to contact that people who talks only higher thinking and live like a discipline person.We must ignore that people who fights anyone at anytime. We must create well and peaceful environment around us .We must learn from our bad life and change the living standard. It is also necessary to do exercise in daily ways which improve our psychological and physical health .We should also go to bed at right time at every night .

Improve psychological safety

We have to change our life style which creates our identity in society. We have to do the work not only hobby but also as career and we should see comedy video and laugh openly because laughing has good impacts on our life or mood. We have to talk who motivates our work and encourage to do right things in our life. We have also listen the biography of all the millennium person and freedom fighter and try to study the history. We have to read the biography of Sachin Tendulkar, Swami Vivekanand, Dhirubhai Ambani ,Bill Gates, Jeff Bezos, Dr Rajendra Prasad etc. And learn from their life. Definitely anybody can change their psychology and deserve a good life.

Improve psychological contract

We should not think our past which impacts our present and also future. Right now 70% of people of world suffering from psychological and mental problem. So we have to create fresh and free for our mind. Sometimes we have to listen the music according to our choice. We should run our life always on entertainment track and don't  misbehave with anybody .We must talk to each and every person politly. If somebody doesn't speak polite but  we have to talk with polite with them. We should not angry without any reason.

For good health and peaceful life

If somebody abuse us. We should ignore him and should leave far away from that person. It means we  did not fear from them .The main reason we have to do some extraordinary work and also get succeed in life .When you become succeed than one day will come he will say sorry in front of you and that time you feel double boost of your mind .So for our better psychological health please ignore all the wrong direction. We should always do good will work.We have to increase our thinking at the highest level. It says which is true and right.

one day I have seen the debate of news channel about misbehavior with coronawarriors by  particular  community .In Uttar Pradesh Moradabad district many women threw stone on  doctors, nurses and police. These are worst behaviour by public of particular community. These  nature shows their illiteracy , foolishness and nonsense activity. In some other state people also attacked on doctors, police and nurses this show their rude behaviour with corona warriors and this activity have been impacting the increment of coronavirus.

Co-operate to Corona warriors

 Corona warriors stand for our safety and security why some people attacked on them right now 30,000 cases of covid-19 in India. In stead of attacks we have to co-operate them and encourage their work to fight against coronavirus. LOCKDOWN 3.O  has been going on due to people of tablighi jamaat organisation. They don't want to understand which makes transition cycle and don't attract any particular community. Right now most of the infected people of them are from markaj.

A salute to Corona warriors

They became like Corona atom bomb. They don't want to come for quarantine.It shows their carelessness about coronavirus. I want to appeal from those people please come for quarantine and coperate to fight against coronavirus .Today most country of world passing through corona crisis and are belongs to different community.
 During this situation they demorlizes the understanding power and literacy of that people who don't follow lockdown rule.They spit over nurses.It shows very worst behaviour of tabligi jamaat people.

Respect all Corona warriors

No any religion allows these things. I am so surprised to see the debate of many higher degree holder man who spoke in favour of tabligi jamaat. I want to ask the question who is responsible for lockdown 3.O and who is responsible to spread out corona very quickly in 22 district.They almost are people of markaj.I also support the tweet of Babita Phogat and agree her tweet.If markaj people don't want to understand then government must have to take strict action and start search operation about these people and send to only one jail  together.

Become responsible and protective

And they have to under quarantine at one place jail.I also appreciate of CM Yogi Adityanath steps to recover any economic harm from those people who are involved in this activity. Some people are doing politics during this situation this is very dangerous things. Right now the time is come out from politics and rise internal humanity. We should also stand up together through unite and fight against coronavirus .I also appreciate steps of PM Narendra Modi. There is no doubt he  is a great PM and launched so many schemes for poor and middle class family and also increase the PPE kit.

Help & co-operate each other

He has been providing meal,shelter and free check up facility for all class of people. I am definitely proud of my Prime minister he is really a well decision taker and he has ability to unite  all the 135 crore people for lit the lamp. And also the people respect his order and obey the locked down rule. I am sure we will get success to fight against corona viruses. We should live neat and clean our home and also wash our hand 4 to 5 times. So we must use mask and don't go out from home without any reason. We will have to maintain social distancing because this is only one option to break Corona cycle..
